Ho, Ho, Ho,  Merry Holidays!!!

I know we are all so busy these days with holiday preparations so I will try to be quick and to the point as the main purpose of this email is really to wish you all the very best for the Holidays. 

This has been a phenomenal year for the "James Madalone Realty Group" with the close of over 47 transactions this year. Let me reiterate how very grateful I am to have found REMAX and their inspirational and outrageous worldly presence.  It can only get better from here.   I cannot thank all my clients enough in words for their loyalty and friendship since I have made the switch to ReMax Premier.

Still considering buying a home in the coming year? Well hip hooray!!!! The president extended the tax credit until April 30, 2010.  This means you must close on your property by June 30th to qualify.

·         Income limits have been increased to $125,000 for individuals and $225,000 for couples. These were formerly $75,000 and $150,000, respectively.

·         You don't have to be a first time home buyer!!!!  Current home owners who have lived in their home for five of the past eight years are eligible for a tax credit of $6,250.

·         Qualifying home prices can not exceed $800,000.

·         First time home buyers continue to be eligible for an $8,000 tax credit.
