STEP 1  PRICING Pricing your home competitively is the most important factor when getting ready to list it. I will provide you with comparable sales within your neighborhood within the last three months and explain why some sold quicker then others, why some are more costly or less expensive. In this market you must take into consideration the cost of maintaining your home, your mortgage, utilities and tax expenses. This must be taken into account for each additional month a home hasn't sold.. Our goal is to avoid this scenario altogether. I will help you detach from your emotions and realize the facts surrounding the sale. Heck, any sales agent can agree to list your house at the price you want it to sell - but the reality is, if the price isn¿t competitive, your home wont sell. Time is money and trying to sell an overly priced house will cost us valuable time. Being realistic can translate into being optimistic.

The more exposure; the better our chances are of selling accurately and quickly. Your home will also have a video tour that will be networked through viral marketing to further entice buyers.
